RETURNS
If you would like to return your purchase, please email a notification letter within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number with instructions on returning the garment. The garment must be sent back within 7 days prior to the issuing of a Returns Authorisation number to be eligible for a refund. Any items received after 7 days will not be accepted and returned straight back.
Once the product has been received and has passed a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or stained and that the tags, original designer boxes, dust bags, packaging and any included catalogues are still in place, the purchasing amount minus the delivery fee or transaction fees (international orders) will be credited to your credit card or account.
Garments must be in original condition with all original packaging and tags; this also includes shoe boxes and protective shields on swimsuits. If the garments are not sent to us in this way, there will be no refund and it will be returned to the customer.
Please ensure that you provide a Returns Authorisation number with your return. Returns without a Returns Authorisation number will not be accepted and returned straight back.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
There are strictly NO REFUNDS on any sale or discounted items.
We do except size or item exchanges.
Shipping will be at your own cost both ways, so you will need to include a pre-paid satchel with your name and address with your exchange in order for us to send any new sizes or styles back.
