A standard $11.55 applies for Australia orders under 500 grams Express Post. Over 500 grams is $16.40 (3kg Express Satchel)
Complete your order before 2pm on each business day for fastest dispatch.
Please advise us in your shipping comments if you require signature on delivery along with any special instructions for your order including if you would or would not like your item safe dropped. If transit insurance is required, please contact us.
THE OTHER SHOP processes all orders Monday to Friday from our distribution centre
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery normally takes between 1-3 working days between capital cities once payment has been received. Please note that bank transfers may take longer and we can not dispatch until payment has cleared.
Express Parcel Post guarantees next day delivery to up to 80% of Australian postcodes however regional areas may take slightly longer particularly during the Christmas/New Year period + Boxing day sales.
Once your parcels have left THE OTHER SHOP they are then property of Australia Post. THE OTHER SHOP is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.
International orders are shipped through Australia Post International. Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your countries zone. We pass these charges direct from Australia Post International onto your order. We have the option for Express International courier services if preferred.
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from THE OTHER SHOP, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; THE OTHER SHOP has no control over these charges and can not predict what they maybe.
Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond THE OTHER SHOP'S original delivery estimates.

If you would like to return full price items, please email a notification letter to THE OTHER SHOP within 7 days from the date of purchase and you will be sent a return email containing a Return Authorisation Number with instructions on returning the garment.
The garment must be sent back within 7 days once a Returns Authorisation Number has been issued. Any items received after 7 days will not be accepted and returned straight back. Once the product has been received by THE OTHER SHOP and has passed a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn or stained and that the tags, original designer boxes, dust bags, packaging and any included catalogues are still in place, the purchasing amount minus the delivery fee or transaction fees (International Orders) will be credited to your store account. We do not refund for change of mind.
***Store credit/vouchers are valid for 3 months***
Garments must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition with all packaging and tags; this also includes shoe boxes. If the garments are not sent to us in this way, there will be no store credit and it will be returned to the customer.
THE OTHER SHOP is unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at THE OTHER SHOP, if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
Please ensure that you provide a Returns Authorisation Number with your return. Returns without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted and returned to the customer.........
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
THE OTHER SHOP has strictly NO REFUNDS on any sale or discounted items including flash sales or promotional codes for change of mind.
Final Sale items, 30-40% off sales, swimwear, accessories, intimates, handbags & jewellery cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded or receive a store credit for change of mind....
THE OTHER SHOP can not always guarantee size availability of some products as our stock has a fast turn around period. If you would like to exchange for a size variation, please contact us immediately to ensure we have an alternative size available.

You are responsible for returning the item to us & we would recommend using registered post to track the parcel as it is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us correctly.
Gift certificates and size exchanges on Christmas gifts and store vouchers maybe returned or exchanged within 14 days of Christmas day subjected to the above conditions. You will need to email THE OTHER SHOP for A Returns Authorisation Number.
